Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be shipped?

All items are printed to order — production takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

For full production and delivery times, see our Shipping Policy.

How long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide. Unlike your project that "just needs one more session", we do actually dispatch within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times vary by destination. For a full breakdown by region, see our Shipping Policy.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Every item is printed to order — your tee didn't exist before you bought it. For full details on returns, exchanges, and your statutory rights as a UK or EU customer, see our Refund Policy.

We recommend checking the size guide on the product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up.

Please don't wear it to the gym, send your project, wash it, and then decide it isn't for you.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

That's on us, not gravity. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

For full details, see our Refund Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As production begins shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please refer to the sizing chart on each product page before ordering.

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Will the print fade over time?

Our garments are printed using professional print-on-demand partners and are designed for regular wear.

To help preserve the print:

  • Wash inside out
  • Wash at 30°C with similar colours
  • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life
  • Do not iron directly on the printed area

Treat it better than your climbing shoes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. For delivery times by region, see our Shipping Policy.

Are your products sustainable?

Each item is produced only after an order is placed, helping reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste compared to traditional bulk manufacturing.

The colour looks slightly different from the photos. Is this normal?

Yes. Colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes.

Minor variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

The same T-shirt in a different colour feels slightly different. Why?

Same model, same fit, same fabric weight — but different colours go through different dyeing processes.

Darker colours require more chemical treatment, which affects how the cotton feels against your skin. Lighter colours tend to feel softer straight out of the bag.

Why are there small cotton fibres on my skin after the first wear?

Our T-shirts are made from 100% combed ring-spun cotton. On occasion, a small amount of loose fibres may shed during the first few wears — most commonly noticed on black garments. This is normal, not a defect, and typically clears up after a couple of washes.

Loose fibres are not the same as pilling, holes, or fabric damage. If something looks more like a manufacturing issue, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos and we'll take a look.

Will my T-shirt pill?

All cotton garments can develop some pilling over time, particularly in areas with regular friction:

  • Underarms
  • Where a backpack sits
  • Seatbelt contact points
  • Any area that rubs repeatedly

Washing inside out and avoiding high heat help reduce it.

Is the graphic centred on the tee?

Our printer uses professional equipment and all prints are quality-checked before dispatch. All designs are aligned to the horizontal centre of the garment.

On rare occasion something slips through. If your graphic is visibly off-centre — more than 2 cm left or right — contact us within 14 days with a photo of the full garment laid flat and your order number. We'll sort it.

How sharp will my print look?

Our printer uses professional DTG (Direct-to-Garment) equipment — the same grade used in commercial garment manufacturing. The ink becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on top, which means the print is soft and breathable. A small amount of fabric texture showing through is normal, especially on darker garments.

What's normal:

  • Clean, readable artwork
  • Consistent ink coverage
  • Solid lines with no obvious gaps
  • Minor fabric texture visible up close
  • Slight softness compared to DTF

What's not normal:

  • Noticeably blurry artwork
  • Patchy or inconsistent ink coverage
  • Visible white gaps through solid areas
  • Lines that appear broken or faded
  • Significant loss of detail from the original design

On rare occasion something may slip through. If your print doesn't look right, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the full garment, close-ups of the affected area, and your order number. We'll take a look and sort it.

Do I need to wear a top while climbing?

We believe so.

Others believe fresh air improves performance.

We'll let you decide.

What does "TOPS ON" mean?

Exactly what it sounds like.

Some people climb shirtless.

We made a brand for the rest of us.

Can wearing a TOPS ON T-shirt improve my climbing?

No.

But you'll look significantly more respectable while falling off the same move.
