Returns

Every item is printed to order — your tee didn't exist before you bought it. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns for reasons of change of mind, wrong size selected, or general buyer's remorse.

We have a 30-day return policy on faulty goods, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Customers in the UK and European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, under UK consumer regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@topsonclimber.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We made the tee after you ordered it. We'd rather make it right than make it awkward.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (full garment + close-up of the affected area)

We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.


Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items returned due to change of mind (outside of EU/UK statutory rights)
  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Sale items or gift cards

Minor colour variation from screen to print and minor fabric texture variation are normal and are not considered defects.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. For UK and EU customers returning an item under the 14-day cooling off period, return the original item and place a new order separately once the return is accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
