How long will it take?

Every item is printed to order — which means nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be picked. It also means there's a production step before your order ships.

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping after dispatch:
    • United Kingdom: 5–6 business days
    • Europe: 5–20 business days
    • EFTA States (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland): 5–11 business days
    • United States: 7–10 business days
    • Canada: 10–12 business days
    • Australia & New Zealand: 12–30 business days
    • Japan: 10–13 business days
    • Rest of the World: 5–30 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.


Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Certain countries are excluded. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us at info@topsonclimber.com before ordering.


Customs duties and import taxes

Orders shipping outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price at checkout.

We have no control over customs processes or the fees applied — they are set by local governments and vary by country. If you're unsure whether duties apply in your country, check with your local customs authority before ordering.


Can I get a guaranteed delivery date?

No. We can't guarantee specific delivery dates. If you're ordering for a birthday, a trip, or a specific occasion, give yourself a buffer. The wall will still be there.


What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the shipping timeframe for your region stated above, contact us at info@topsonclimber.com with your order number. We'll look into it.


Peak periods

During busy periods — Christmas, bank holidays, sale events — production and delivery times may be longer than usual. We'll flag this on the site where we can, but it's worth ordering earlier if timing matters.


A few things to note:

  • If you've given the wrong address at checkout, contact us immediately. Once an order is in production, we can't guarantee we'll catch it in time.
  • Tops On Climber is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
